Participation Leaders

Hi Participation Leaders!! Use this Repo to keep track of your projects and objectives from the leadership summit. Create issues by copying and pasting the templates below and filling in your information.

You can think about this as a plan for what you want to accomplish over the next month (at least to begin).

Template for creating a new issue

Limit yourself to 2 and a maximum of 3 objectives for the next month. And each objective should have 3 or a maximum of 5 key results.

## Objective:
[One line narrative, inspiring description of what you want to accomplish. Something you can rally yourself and possibly your team/community around.]

## Key Results:
- [Measure of success 1 -- a good indication that you are making progress toward your objective]
- [Measure of success 2 -- a good indication that you are making progress toward your objective]
- [Measure of success 3 -- a good indication that you are making progress toward your objective]

## Related Issues & Links:
[Reference meta issues, past issues or other people's issues if you might be working together] #

## Roles:
Who owns this plan:
Who is involved:

## Immediate next steps:
- [ ] First, put mittens on all of the kittens ([small, medium, large], Due: Feb 7th)
- [ ] Second, put boots on all of the kittens ([small, medium, large], Due: Feb 7th)
- [ ] Third, put hats on all of the kittens ([small, medium, large], Due: Feb 7th)

## Specific campus campaign planning questions (ignore if in Connected Devices track):

#### What role(s) are you most interested in playing for this campaign?
Building resources
Recruiting and supporting campus leaders
Apply organizing tactics to other parts of your work

#### Which campuses are potential participants in this campaign? Are these technical schools or liberal arts schools?

#### Who are the stakeholders you need to engage?

#### How are you going to do that engagement?

#### Who are the team members you need to engage?

#### How are you going to do that?

#### What are some tactics you will pursue to achieve your goals?
