add makedepends pkg "bsd-compat-headers", which contains the missing headerfile sys/queue.h, required to build rsyslog-(i|o)mkafka. verified on Alpine 3.7 andyshinn/alpine-abuild.

it looks like you have an old or inconsistent state? In the PR I see that 8.34 is used in both places. Can you elaborate? |
