…wserWindowController.m in detachTabToNewWindow. Basically prevented our browser from going away due to weak linking when tabStripModel detachTabContentsAtIndex was called.

Finally got around to merging some of my ARC related changes back. You may or may not want to take the chromium-tabs.xcodeproj changes, but you probably DO want the src/Browser Window and src/Tab Strip changes. The NSURL+Utils.m change is probably unique to my environment, so... you may want to be selective about that as well.
