A skill for streaming live NPR Radio

Description

This mycroft skill allows users to live stream NPR Radio. It uses the linux tool mpg123 to connect to the live URL and output the stream.

Current state

Working features:

• Say "Play NPR Radio" and it will connect and listen to the live NPR Radio stream.

TODO:

• Add support for more streams
• Add feature that allows user to search for streams and access them
