  1. Reuse fedora-gpg-keys when built on Fedora 

    Depend on fedora-gpg-keys, but only when building on Fedora. Replace
bundled keys with links to system RPM keys, which are provided together
with repository definitions.

Share only rawhide keys.

  2. Share all GPG keys provided by fedora-gpg-keys 

    Do not restrict sharing just to rawhide, but use all keys.
