This PR refactores for ansible-lint and introduces a pre-commit hook and a GitHub Action for linting.
Both could / should be extended to include testing, which I excluded since the PR is already rather big.
Additionally, all "trailing whitespace" have been removed via the pre-commit hook "trim-trailing-whiespace"
