Tuya integration page shows new information and no longer includes how to get Client ID & Secret. Added those here.

The Tuya integration page has been updated and removed the client ID and secret settings. I did a very basic edit to give users a general idea of where they need to be. I thought about just replacing the link with a wayback machine link but that probably wouldn't be the best if something gets updated on the Tuya IoT website in the future.
