v0.1.0: Update to Version 0.1.0

Now with (somewhat) usable GUI

If you do not know which file to use, use ScrapPackedExplorer.exe
The UI is not tested very much! Expect Bugs!
You can still use the ScrapPackedExplorerCli.exe to modify .packed files via command line.
