This is a project which primarily focuses on the the manipulation and definitions of procedures, as an application of the Procedural Structural Query Langauge (PLSQL), in the Oracle database. This is a Propertal Rental Agency which acts as a platform for owners and tenants to interact and find out information about any property. The functionalities succesfully formulated include Creating new user, inserting property record, checking for available properties, getting tenant details for a given property, getting rent history for a given property.
