Working OCTA pipeline

This is a working OCTA pipeline based on OCT processing code used for the OCT and AO-OCT systems developed by Ravi Jonnal, and angiography algorithms developed by Justin Migacz and Iwona Gorczynska. This preliminary release is meant to illustrate how Github Releases and Zenodo DOIs work.
