DollyEngine

This is the latest DollyEngine firmware for the MX2 Controller (and clones).

This version of the firmware is ready for compiling in Arduino 1.0+

Configured to compile in Arduino 1.5.5
Added ability for Merlin heads to change directions when the Change Direction trigger happens (only tested in continuous mode, not interleaved mode).
