Support pushing with custom dockerfile

Important

Add support for custom Dockerfile in push() and update model name regex in main.py.

• Behavior:
  • push() in cog.py now accepts a dockerfile argument to specify a custom Dockerfile when pushing a model.
  • Updates cog_safe_push() in main.py to pass dockerfile to push().
  • Regex pattern in parse_model() in main.py updated to allow dots in model names.
• Config:
  • Adds dockerfile attribute to Config class in config.py.
