Since the ICrypto interface is moved to ThunderInterfaces, there is no need to build ThunderClientLibraries in ThunderTools, so we will build ThunderNanoServices instead to check if the config generator which the plugins use works as intended.
This regex is necessary for the circular dependency between ThunderTools and ThunderInterfaces.
