Milestone 0.0.2 release

This is the first mostly configurable version of the RC Self driving car software. Only the camera url is currently hard coded in dukes.js. All other configuration options are available in a property files dukes.ini as outlined in http://wiki.bitplan.com/index.php/Self_Driving_RC_Car#Deployment
