It will be used by Oregon Walks (oregonwalks.org) partners to survey sidewalks, crosswalks and curb ramps in the Portland Region. The intent of the application is that it should be tranferrable to any city, region, village or county that has a pedestrian network of sidewalks, trails and crossing.
