Using the dynamic reconfigure you can setup your Roboteq board in a simple way.

Open a terminal and run the Roboteq driver:

roslaunch roboteq_control roboteq.launch

In a second terminal run

rosrun dynamic_reconfigure reconfigure_gui

The output you will be look like this picture
