here's what i have so far, it works for me, but not that well tested. would be also good to hear if it works for other users/other set-ups. maybe this can just sit here a while until we get some feedback. also regarding the issue of whether we can hardcode the bindings or if someone happens along who knows how to do rebinding of
cua-modethings.
