The CPLD program you need is included in this repository. We recommend to use the iMPULSE .xsvf file for flashing, this file was generated with the Xilinx ISE Tool and should fit best.

You can also edit the CPLD program with the use of the ISE Software, there are trail and free versions of this SDK available here.
