For the GUI you need the DLLs of GTK 2 and the libraries it depends on out of MSYS2's packages. I don't have a good solution for having the build figure out which ones they are automatically.

With slirp networking, DNS requests for selected domains can be resolved on the host rather than being passed through to DNS. Use the host_domain preference to specify a domain to look up on the host. For example, when the host system is running Bonjour/mDNSresponder/Avahi, set the preference host_domain local to allow use of its .local hostnames within SS/BII. host_domain can be used several times to enable host lookups for several different domains.
Fix for cursor jumping on Windows in windowed mode with hardcursor preference set to true
Enabled the sdlrender preference on Windows, so you have the option of using SDL renderers other than the Windows build's default of software
