Fix/gym agentlace deps

Related to:

• Switch most of the code that were previously using gymnasium to use standard gym (0.26 and above to ensure trunc etc is included). we will still retain gymnasium just the renderer function within the mujoco sim. This should just be a minor issue. All relevant dependencies in the txt and setup.py has been updated. Please Update requirements.txt #44
• Update commit of agentlace. No module named 'jaxrl_m.data.' #43
