Is a gnome-shell extension that will do skip the dialog window of reboot and shutdown, use at your own risk. =]

Clone or extract in ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions to install for single user, or to install for all users clone or extract in /usr/share/gnome-shell/extensions.
