Support exporting to onnx for torch>=1.10

From PyTorch >= 1.10.0, the argument enable_onnx_checker is ignored and will be removed in future versions, which will make the onnx exporting fail.

I cannot find a solution to skip the check, so just catch the exception and do nothing but logging an error message. For future versions, the argument will be removed, so we'd better to pop it from the kwargs.
