Launchpad Mini

  • Fix bindings and name for Launchpad Mini
  • Added bindings for LPMiniMk3 based on programmer's guide

Other changes

  • Format all files with Prettierjs
  • Fix link to create new game
  • Update package.json for updated libraries
  • Fix Connect logic
    • Fix connection by id / name problem
    • Remove connect attempt from Type selector
  • Added state.deviceType for easier device type binding
  • Added state.deviceName for midi port name

Closes #24, possible fix for #23
