  • Introduced an experimental DADA2 wrapper without any upstream/downstream analysis (dadaist2-rundada). foundation for #13 in future release
  • preliminary support for a skip-tree parameter in dadaist2 #14
  • Transition from dada2 1.18 to 1.22 that will be the recommended version from 1.3.0

Note that 1.2.x will continue to add features in scripts that are not part of the workflow, hence not affecting the workflow at all. When the scripts will be incorporated in the pipeline, this will become 1.3.0.
