Qlovaseed v0.3.0

After a complete rewrite of the module, I am pleases to announce Qlovaseed v0.3 which is one step closer to a stable API.

The rewrite has revamped the UI construction to be more functional so that it is easier to copy/paste UI code & no variable names are requried for each seed. The clientside API has been rethought and redesigned to feature function scripts operating on clientside.Values.
