Add links to plugin details tabs

In the current PR, each tab in a plugin detail page has a link. For example:

• About: https://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/qfieldsync/#plugin-about
• Details: https://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/qfieldsync/#plugin-details
• Versions: https://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/qfieldsync/#plugin-versions
