Docs build fails.
Apparently, packaging in dependencies/docs/constraints.txt needs to be bumped together with dependencies/default/constraints.txt.

Please remind me why we have several constraints.txt files?
Can we join all together? If the dependency exists as a constraint but absent as a dependency it is ignored, isn't it?

Honestly, I don't know if there's still a valid reason for this.
As far as I know, dependabot can deal with pyproject.toml just fine. In my opinion, we should keep all versions in a pyproject.toml file and lock the with an additional constraints.txt file.

@seifertm dependabot recognizes pairs of .in + .txt files with the same base name as managed by pip-tools.
