that examples seems rather misplaced because the names impy lifecycles - lets please not mix the concepts of optional args and lifecycles,
because callers are in hell wrt this style

Args are always opt in for hookimpls regardless of whether the spec or call defines more then the impl accepts. Relates to pytest-dev#170
