Here's a first draft of the hierarchical model from Chapter 11.
I could use some help with this: the results I get with PyMC3 show problems with the model (divergences) and looser bounds than reported in BDA3.
Also, the code to reconstruct the table from BDA3 with data from PyMC3 and Arviz is pretty painful: can this be done more easily? Key problem is that I didn't know how to take the thetas, which are indexed by "Diet", and turn them from a single variable with a dimension of size four to four different variables, as Pandas needs.
