1- Added capability to read 514x514 detector size. 2- Added binning option. 3- Edited parse_hdr function to read more info from the header file (it requires the .hdr file to exist).
Added example codes for loading.

The edits are:
1- Added the binning option while loading.
2- Reading the header (.hdr) file for scan size and other detector's information (without loading the mib file).
3- Added the option for 514x514 detector size for the Merlin detector. There are 2 pixel gaps between each quad chip.
