Create a PR preview for push DApp

Problem:

At the moment to view the changes done by an engineer in a pull request the reviewer has to actually go to take a pull of their branch locally and test it out manually.

This process could be time consuming and not very efficient.

Solution:

We could deploy the changes done in a branch to Vercel and then check them out in realtime without having the need to take the pull locally every time.

This is deployed on dev.push.org. Things to test here:

• No pages are broken and user is able to access everything like before.
• All the images and icons are loading and not broken.
