We're using the issuer name for icons and some text replacements that were made for that reason are removed in this PR. Discussed with @remcotolsma and some gateways use the BIC as value which we can use through https://github.com/pronamic/ideal-issuers to retrieve the images. |

For now I have used a slightly different method in a302835. For now we will still use the option/choice label to find the correct iDEAL issuer. In the future we might be able to switch completely to the BIC, but that is not necessary for now. |
