03. Deployment Process

- Docs team creates a tag with prefix “releases-” on site repo
- Release site is created at
<release-tag>.qadocs.sunbird.org or<release-tag>.qadocs.openrap.io - Release site is reviewed
- If release site is good to go on prod then, the CircleCI workflow is approved to deploy on prod
- If release site was not good to go prod then following steps are repeated until release site is good to go on prod -
- do necessary changes in docs or site repo
- create release tag
- Docs repo PR generated Site -
pr-docs-<pr-id>.qadocs.sunbird.org - Site repo PR generated Site -
pr-site-<pr-id>.qadocs.sunbird.org - Release site -
<release-tag>.qadocs.sunbird.org - Review Site -
review.qadocs.sunbird.ord
