Semaphore V4 Ceremony
The trusted setup Phase 2 ceremony for the Semaphore protocol version four (V4) circuits.
Description
This PR adds the configuration for the MPC Phase 2 Trusted Setup ceremony for Semaphore V4 circuit variants (from 1 up to 32 max depth).
