Dropdown: Unable to navigate from drowdown using just the keyboard

Describe the bug

Once a dropdown has focus the user is unable to navigate from the dropdown using just the keyboard

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to PrimeNG v16.5.0 Dropdown Demo: https://primeng.org/dropdown
2. Set focus to any dropdown by clicking on the dropdown
3. Try to navigate away from the dropdown using the keyboard (tab key or any key)

Expected behavior

User can navigate away from a dropdown that has focus using their keyboard
