Approach,

1. On load of the page, load all the results and years without filters using AJAX.
2. Create Succesfull Launch and Successful laning true and false buttons.
3. Using event listeners on click of buttons render the UI using filters.
4. Making use of jQuery to manipulate the data.
5. Bootstrap and media queries for making the page responsive.

PS

1. Could have done it in ReactJS using Axios. (Cant install nodejs outside VPN in office laptop)
2. No NPM to use Webpack or other build tools.
3. No experience in Unit Testing.
