When we move a connectable no notification sent

When we move a connectable a notification is sent

attribute name "moveConnectable" is not the same as the one in powsybl-core ... (where it is : "terminal" + side)

notifyUpdate("terminal" + (iSide + 1), oldTopologyPoint, terminalExt.getTopologyPoint());
