Key features:

  • addition of id attribute to all tp: namespaced elements
  • <tp:nomenclature-citation-list> now permitted outside <tp:nomenclature> (i.e., in <tp:treatment-sec>)
  • looser content model of <nomenclature-citation-list>, enabling groups of citations sharing the same taxon name, e.g.
