WA5ZNU: news.py bug fixes and enhancements #21

A set of fixes and enhancements, mostly independent:

Allow XML empty tags
Accomodate 'guid' or 'link' in RSS feed, and use 'guid' only if 'link' is not present
Fix OOM by closing stream: Getting ENOMEM error after several calls to urequests.post() micropython/micropython-lib#175
Log URL in get_rss error
Serial print feed info on button push
Add Hostname To RSS Reader Header
Try to save memory by clearing feed before fetching new one

And one preference change:

Some RSS feeds have <foo /> empty tags and that confused the parser.

Some RSS feeds provide both. Prefer link to guid

- clear feed before reparsing

I'm unsure whether this is a fix or a preference, but I've chosen to start with 0.
