  1. Modify the calling signature of pretrend function 

    such that objects can be passed directly instead of paths.
This is more convenient for the coupling of external tools (->
sw_trend tool).

Plus there is a bugfix to loadFactor calculations for years > 2100,
addressing pik-piam#132
