Files:
- pca-total.csv: Primary Census Abstract statistics for total (rural + urban) population by district hlpca-total.csv.
- pca-full.csv: Primary Census Abstract statistics with three rows per district: Total, Urban, Rural.
- pca-colnames.csv: Mapping of PCA column names to expanded names.
- hlpca-total.csv: Housing statistics for total (rural + urban) population by district.
- hlpca-full.csv: Housing statistics with three rows per district: Total, Urban, Rural. (Some rows appear to be missing)
