Fix build issues on rust beta

Fix --simulate

The simulated processor was not receiving instructions correctly from the command line interface. This release fixes this bug.

Build for mac OS

This release fixes a linking issue so that binaries can now be compiled for mac OS. We also publish binaries for mac OS now!
