Improvements

In the JVisaInstrument class

• Add support for serial port (ASRL), using the TERMCHAR VISA attribute and a write terminator string.
• Add parsing of binary blocks.

In the JVisaResourceManager class

• Add findResources() method with parameter to specify a filter string.
• Add constructor with parameter to specify the native library to open.

Deployment

• Fix Semantic Versioning number.
• Add support for using Jitpack.

Example code

• Split SimpleExample.java into IdentificationQueryExample.java and FindResourcesExample.java.
• Remove lowlevel sub-package and put the contents in the examples root.
