wxTED is a teletext editor. wx stands for wxWidgets which the GUI is based on. TED stands for Teletext Editor.
The latest release can be downloaded from https://github.com/peterkvt80/wxted/releases
wxTED runs on Windows. In theory it could be compiled for Mac or Linux but I haven't done that. The Windows version will run under Wine so you can use it on Linux.
The first thing to do when running wxTED is select help->special keys. This brings up a list of all the key commands.
The installer also adds a PDF manual.
Download wxTED as a Windows zip file.
Extract the installer. It might look like setup_1.46.exe
Right click on it and run the Wine Windows Program Loader. Then follow the installer instructions.
