Perhaps as a quick fix, a box labelled 'Service' could be added to the Publish Settings (which is exclusively ftp stuff right now). The string could be set to 'TEDFAX' by default. Then I could set it to 'TEEFAX' so that new pages I create have 'TEEFAX' in row 0 by default.

A 'reload' button would be handy as well, for testing new code.
