Removes conversion files, old Word doc version of the User Guide, and old Data Pack template files.
Adds `www` and `rsconnect` folders as ignored directories. Also adds `.RData`, `.Rapp.history`, and changes `.log` to `*.log`
Removes all files associated with built site. Site will now be built on the server during each deployment to streamline workflow.
Removes reimplementation of `openxlsx::col2int` function `col2number` in favor of just using the function from `openxlsx`.
