Supported Printers

Supported Printers

The brlaser driver only supports monochrome laser printers or multi-function devices. While the brlaser driver was primarily designed for Brother printers, non-Brother printers have also been known to work. Below is a list of printer statuses indicating whether they have been reported as compatible, reported as incompatible, have a pending pull request, or have a commit hash indicating that the printer entry has been added to the driver.

If your printer is not on the list but would like to check if your printer is compatible anyway, you can follow our guide here.
