This repo is a weird one, we don't have a de-facto maintainer. I'm not sure how to fix this. |

Description
Adds an additional script for checking details of a PV through the archiver URL request interface.
Motivation and Context
I wanted some more information while debugging something in the archiver, and found that there is a BPL available that dumps many details about a PV.
How Has This Been Tested?
This has been tested interactively with a live PV in the archiver.
