feat(gds): The decompiler works! Aside from some patches for mistakes in the original game scripts, it perfectly decompiles all scripts and reassembles then into the same binaries.

feat(gds): The writing frontend for GDA works! It successfully writes scripts in a nice format, with indentations too!

fix(gds): float values in decompiled GDA scripts are now displayed rounded to the lowest number of decimal points that still produces identical byte data.

feat(gds): integrated the new GDS system into the CLI. Dumping to JSON/YAML is no longer possible, but also not desirable for a DSL representation.
