Self-contained reproducer for restart issue and the hang-after-performance-metrics issue.
With Parthenon 24.08 up to current develop (as of 17 Oct 24), restarting from
parthenon.restart.00000.rhdfwill produce an output numbered*.00001.rhdfthat is identical to the original*.00000.rhdfoutput.With the same versions, all runs will hang in finalization (function TBD).
Build and run with
./reproducer.sh.
